Our single-use masks are formulated with Acmella Oleracea, a plant-based active ingredient with botox-like properties, combined with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, retinol, collagen, peptides, and sodium DNA. The result? Visibly smoother, more hydrated, and radiant skin from the very first application.
Each mask is designed to address specific needs: hydration, radiance, anti-aging, or balance. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend performing a patch test before use.
Noon Chi masks are made with naturally-derived ingredients, carefully selected to ensure efficacy and safety.
Yes. All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free: they contain no animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals.
Absolutely. The fabric of our masks is made from 100% biodegradable plant-based cellulose fiber, to respect both your skin and the planet.
All Noon Chi products are developed and made in South Korea, following the highest quality standards of K-Beauty.
🧪 USAGE AND SAFETY
Apply the mask to cleansed, dry skin. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes, then remove and massage the remaining serum until fully absorbed. No rinsing required.
Our masks are gentle and suitable for frequent use. For best results, we recommend 3–4 applications per week.
Our products are formulated to be gentle. However, if you are pregnant or have specific skin conditions, we recommend consulting your doctor.
🌱 SUSTAINABILITY
We use recyclable materials, and the fabric mask is 100% biodegradable. We are constantly working to reduce environmental impact, although some components of the packaging are not yet fully sustainable.

Yes, we offer free shipping when a certain spending threshold is reached, which will be clearly indicated during checkout.
🔁 CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt is guaranteed for European Union customers, as provided by the Consumer Code (Art. 52).

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products or those without a seal (Art. 59 of the Consumer Code).
For non-EU orders, we will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

The cost will be deducted directly from the refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase:
